Tel3 has been providing low cost, prepaid long distance phone service in the USA for more than 15 years and are now starting to branch out to other countries. Step 4: Dial the destination phone number by first dialing the appropriate country code.

 

Step 5: You can track the details of each call made from your Tel3 account by reviewing call history in your personal on-line account.
